Our EYFS provision will develop confidence and competence in learning and using key skills. This includes counting, sorting, matching, seeking patterns, making connections, recognising relationships and working with numbers, shapes, space and measure.
Our Maths focus over Spring Term will be on comparison of number, simple addition and subtraction and we will start to compare groups, and partition larger numbers. We aim to gain a true understanding of the numbers and what they really mean, as well as develop skills to use number effectively and confidently. We will also be investigating the properties of 2d and 3d shapes.
Every Monday- Muddy Monday - outdoor activities so wellies and a suitable coat required.
Every Wednesday - PE Day, full kit needed.
Every Friday - Fitness Friday, come to school in your fitness clothes.

The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework supports an integrated approach to early learning and care. It gives all professionals a set of common principles and commitments to deliver quality early education and childcare experiences to all children.
